The place was perfect, very clean hotel, great spot near all the attractions, the triple room with stunning antique furniture and private bathroom was thoroughly enjoyable.

Perfectly pleasant experience. Late check-out. Our stay at B&B Relais Il Campanile in Florence was truly exceptional. The hotel is luxurious and perfectly located in a secure area, within walking distance of various attractions, restaurants, and must-visit places. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was beautifully decorated and furnished, offering a lovely view of the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious bedroom provided, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The overall experience was perfect, and we appreciated the flexibility of a late check-out.

We stayed at Relais Il Campanile a couple of years ago and decided to return for a visit with our daughter who is studying nearby. The location is fantastic, just minutes away from the Duomo and the train station. The staff was helpful and even carried our luggage despite initial resistance. The room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, and the hotel provided great amenities like a fridge, kettle. The cleanliness and quietness of the room allowed for a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and the customer service was top-notch, with personalized recommendations and a special surprise for our anniversary. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

water was cut off in the whole hotel, administrator refused to provide even a bottle of drinking water, that is, there was no opportunity to even drink, not that to use the toilet and bathroom... well, in the end, by morning, everything was fixed, at the departure of the administrator in a very rude form commented on this situation... "Apparently, they did by morning, well, that's all, what you yesterday all resented then... probably because there were drunk - that's what they resented. I find the dialogue unacceptable... If we drank wine at dinner, it's not for him to count how much and so on... We talked to him adequately, we had four rooms, not only did we have complaints... then, no matter what state we are in, lack of water is a problem, he, as an administrator, must solve it, stock up on water in such a case...

Location in the center, and more from living in Florence is not necessary. Garbage was taken out every day. There was clean underwear. In general, you can stay and live a few days.

There is not one picture presented on the site, in which we lived (it is not even a minus, just had no idea that there are such rooms. Although it's not small, it's elongated. the toilet combined with a shower cabin is small), did not work refrigerator, even after my appeal to the reception was not solved, at the entrance curtain was torn off, it was made the next day. shower cabin had a bad drain, water was long gone. Wi fi worked in my room with very large interruptions. In the room where I lived, view from the window was not the most, terrific". we left we wanted to leave at 9:00 (because the reception desk worked from 9:00 and bus to another city we had at 11:00) but on the website we indicated the interval from 9:00 to 13:00, we came to the reception, no one was there until 9:30. We wrote to the specified number in whatsapp, we were told that it was good, soon a person will come. At 10:00 no one came, we again specified the arrival of the employee at the specified number, to which we received a reply with a rigid form, that the site indicated the departure time before 13:00 and that this is our problem. Fortunately, literally at that moment the employee arrived, we handed over the keys and ran to the bus.

Thank you guys for a great stay for 4 nights. The rooms are silent for another large suitcase to be placed away from the walkway around bed-mobility hazard, and the location is magnificent in the center of everything. The price is US$ 145.

The location couldn't have been better, just steps away from the Duomo and surrounded by shops and restaurants. I felt completely safe even walking around late at night. The receptionist, Chiara, was incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a smile. She even made a museum reservation for me, allowing me to skip the lines. The room had a sweet and cozy Italian-style décor, and the overall experience was delightful.
